You can request a return within 2 days of delivery by visiting our Return/Exchange section.
- Items purchased using a discount code at checkout are not returnable.
- Products bought at a discounted or strike-through price (without a coupon code) are eligible for return.
Return Requirements:
• Items must be unused, with the original packaging and tags intact.
• An unboxing video is required for any missing item claims. Please record the package being opened from its sealed state to support your claim.
How to Start a Return:
• Access the Return/Exchange section on the SHANOUR website, or use this link:
• Enter your SHANOUR Order ID (starting with #SN) and contact number.
• Select the items you want to return.
• Provide the reason for return, upload at least two images, enter your pickup address and preferred date, and choose your refund method.
• Review your information and submit your return request.
Refund Details:
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after pickup and verification, according to RBI guidelines.
• Prepaid orders: Refunds go back to the original payment method.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds are issued to your provided UPI or bank account.
Non-Returnable Items:
• Orders placed with a sale or discount code
• Custom-made or personalized jewelry
